The reception staff were dismissive, and the room was in dire need of refurbishment, with old furniture and unpleasant bathroom conditions. Breakfast was lackluster, and the hotel’s atmosphere felt uninviting, particularly on the first floor.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, all of the staff were helpful and really supportive, convenient location in galleria area. The room was large and brand-new, had an individual safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar. The breakfast was savoury with orange juice, you will not be disappointed...

The highlight of my stay was Claridge's Spa, which offers a range of healing rituals and restorative bodywork. I treated myself to a fantastic massage that amplified my physical and emotional well-being. The arrival and departure moments in the iconic lobby are mirrored beautifully in the tranquility of the spa. I had the opportunity to experience treatments led by visiting wellness masters, which added a unique touch to my stay. The staff across the hotel was consistently warm and welcoming, making for a pleasant atmosphere throughout my trip.

Elevators occasionally slow.

Savoury breakfast, a lot of food and beverages. Beautiful building and rooms with balcony. Smooth check in and late check out. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, staff was helpful! Nearby Focus Bar - great place to chill out.

Location stands out. Close to the Gold Souq and a bus stop nearby makes it easy to explore. Clean rooms added to the comfort, but there were significant noise issues. Loud thumping from a restaurant below kept me up until 4 am. Breakfast left much to be desired. No cold milk for cereals, and the food variety was limited. I encountered some very unfriendly staff at reception, who seemed unhelpful when I raised concerns. The hotel could improve on basic amenities, like better breakfast choices and soundproofing the rooms. A decent place for sightseeing but not ideal for relaxation.

I recently stayed for four nights with my wife, and we were pleased with several aspects of our trip. The location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the room, though small, was clean and well-maintained. the hotel provided good value for the price.

Excellent location with easy access to the metro.

The air conditioning was barely functional and could not be adjusted. Upon entering the room, I also found the bathroom to be in a disgusting state, with stained fixtures that desperately needed maintenance.

Smooth check-in, welcoming employees. The rooms with balcony. Generally the service was excellent.
